Congratulations, Red Bank! The APP reports that Smithsonian Magazine has named Red Bank the nation’s third-best small town. The magazine cites Red Bank’s thriving music and arts culture, as well as its “astonishing cultural and economic comeback” in the last fifty years, as reasons for its choice. Smithsonian also praises the Navesink riverfront and waterside park.
